I just randomly wondered this, but where did the name ¥ô¥£¥É¡¼¥ë come from? Did they ever mention it in an interview or anything? Does it even have a meaning? O.o

The Vidoll fansite off of www.jrocksaga.com says this: "because no one really knows what "vidoll" means – not even the band, rame says it was made up because it sounded nice – several different romanizations have arised, such as: vidooru, vidoru, v-doll, widor. same band, different ways of spelling it in the western alphabet. the romaji on under code's site is "VIDOLL" and rame has said in an interview that "vidoll" is the correct romaji. vidoll fan yozora has the following to say about this point: 'vidoll' is a play on words. they've done a 'secret' session as a band called "美人形" which if you look at it is a pun on 美人系 (bijinkei) because 形 (katachi=shape) can also be read as 'kei.' and one way to read 美人形 is by combining japanese and english: 美 (bi=beauty) + 人形 (ningyou=doll) = bi-doll... makes good sense. the band's first european release is also called "bijinkei", which seems to corroborate this theory!" My question is how does everyone choose to pronounce vidoll XD? I guess technically it's supposed to be like 'vee-doll', but I say "veye-doll"
